Built web modules for MFA’s internal applications with .NET Core and Angular, including workflow screens and improvements to existing modules.
BUILDING THINGS IN MY OWN ORBIT
Hello, I’m
Turgay.
.NET Developer
I build enterprise web and desktop applications, bringing together .NET, Angular, clear architecture and a carefully considered user experience.
FROM IDEA TO REALITY
Selected work.
Developed modules and service integrations for MFA’s desktop platform using WPF, WCF and SOAP, improving existing workflows and interfaces.
Developed ASP.NET WebForms applications for PA’s application and document workflows, working on SQL Server records and external service integrations.
Built an ASP.NET WebForms application for PA to manage candidates, exam stages and capacity-based allocation, with commission lists and Excel reporting.
BEHIND THE SCREEN
Beyond the code.
I’m Turgay Budak, a .NET developer and a 2014 CEIT graduate. Since 2016, my work has included analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance. I work on modules, service integration and improvements in web and desktop applications. Alongside the .NET ecosystem, I’m interested in Angular and Next.js. Software is both my work and an ongoing source of curiosity; space and pixel art bring a personal dimension to this site. I also play games in my free time, with a library spanning exploration and story-led adventures, strategy, survival and team games.

Preventing silent overwrites with a revision check
Concurrent editors should not silently overwrite one another. Include the version originally read by the client in the update condition.
